My name is Bianca, and I am passionate about creative communication and creative advertisement. I am flexible and challenge-driven, always seeking professional and personal growth.
I have been actively working in the advertising market for the past 6 years. I started my career as a Marketing Intern at Coca-Cola. After that, I worked at an ad tech where I started operating a DSP (platform for ad optimization) and had the opportunity to learn heaps about paid media. But it did not take me long to move to the PR and Influencers universe.
My latest role was at the largest agency in Latin America, Mynd/Billboard Brasil, overseeing a roster of Brazilian teen and LGBTQIA+ artists such as João Guilherme, Lia Clark, Carolixas, Lívian Aragão, among others. Within this role, I spearheaded strategic campaign planning, project management, selling strategies, external productions, and events on both the creator and brand sides. Additionally, I adeptly managed a team of professionals, overseeing briefings, content creation, logistics, production, and financial spreadsheets. I coordinated campaigns for national and international clients such as L'Oréal Paris, Disney, Absolut Vodka, Amazon, McDonald's, TikTok, Netflix, Prada, Coca-Cola, and others. Also worked with big companies and agencies such as Ogilvy, WMcCann, Publicis, Unilever, and others. I feel really lucky I had the opportunity to be around such big names at such a young age.
I paused my career to persue a master's degree in PR and Advertising at UNSW in Sydney, Australia. This is a big and important step to prepare me for a new stage of my career and to hopefully open new opportunities in a new market across the world. I can't wait for that to start.
